Terms Of Service

By purchasing any form of art from me, you agree to follow and abide to my TOS.

★ Payment must be received by me in full and upfront. Do not send the payment until everything is agreed upon.★ Payment MUST be in USD, and if it is converted, it must cover the original price in USD★ I reserve the right to deny a commission at any time. If I am no longer able to finish work for any reason, a refund will be issued. (see refund policy below)★ You MUST own any model or asset that you commission me to retexture. You must provide proof by showing the appropriate role in discord, or if none is available then receipt of purchase. You must abide by each creator's TOS.★ Each type of artwork is allowed up to 2 major changes (small tweaks are okay). Once the piece is agreed to be completed, no further changes may be made.★ You may share my artwork on social media, but you MUST credit me wherever used.★ I reserve the right to post any wips and final products to my social media, unless an agreement has been made. Please contact me if there are any issues.★ You may sell any adopts, custom reference sheets, or textures, but I MUST be notified of such sale, and they must also abide by my TOS. You may not sell it for more than it was purchased for.★ Unauthorized use of my textures or art, such as ripping, tracing, and/or heavily referencing, will be treated as a violation of copyright and may result in legal action.★ I will not draw anything on my will not draw list (humans possibly in the future). Requests to any of the last three columns will result in an immediate and permanent block/ban.★ Please provide a clear reference sheet, no shading. If I cant clearly see details, then I'll ask questions. If there is a mistake due to a poor reference sheet, I will do my best to correct to an extent.★ Please contact me via discord (preferred) or via twitter DMs. If you change your username, please notify me. If I am unable to find you after 2 weeks, you will be removed from my queue with no refund.★ Feel free to ask me about my progress, but do not harass me or repeatedly ask if the work is finished.REFUND POLICY- Refunds will be issued in full after 3 months since the original commission date if there has been no progress done. Sketches will typically be completed in a timely matter.-If you are unsatisfied or need to refund, if no sketches have been completed, then you may refund for 100% of the cost back.-If a sketch has been completed, you may refund 75% of the cost back.-If lines and/or colors have been completed then 40% may be refunded back.-You may not refund a completed piece.-For retextures, a partial refund may be issued after the first wips (work in progress) are shown. After that, you may not refund.-Refunds are case-by-case basis, please remember that I am being paid to do work. I reserve the right to deny a refund for any reason.
